Beautiful scent! Warm and cozy. The scent reminds me of the smell inside of a cedar chest.

Heartwood For The Soul

Heartwood is definitely a fall/winter scent. We had a cold front come through with severe storms and really cooled the temps down for a whole week..so, my autumn heart is definitely feels at home..so, I’ve been enjoying Heartwood. Heartwood is definitely that cozy, content, comforting scent that makes you get your soft blankets, and hide inside them with your coffee/tea/hot coco and read a book, or watch romance/comedy movies. Heartwood is truly where the home and heart is. It is a great thrower, it’s not smack in your face fragrance. It’s a warm fragrance that is sweet, but not sickly sweet..just a really good wood scent..not perfumey. There’s no smoke. Just a great candle that makes me want to nap, and be cozy and very comfortable and stay home and hide from the world. It’s a great candle for aromatherapy

The Perfect Warm Candle for Summer

This Heartwood candle was a pleasant surprise. Based on the scent description, I was expecting the candle to be primarily woodsy with a hint of spice; however, this is more of a fresh, earthy green take on a wood-based candle. The candle is still woodsy and also a little spicy but the green, sage, and amber notes really brighten this candle up so that it isn't a deep rich woodland fragrance but a slightly sweet, herbal woodiness with enough spices so that the candle is still warm and somewhat cozy. I would say this candle is ideal for summer and fall. The throw is a solid 7-8 out of 10. I would highly recommend Heartwood!

Very sweet

This one has me confused. It’s a nice scent if you really like overly sweet scents. But for a “woody” type scent I was expecting more wood tones to it. I’m not getting any. It has a “creamy” smell to it, not in a dairy sense of cream but a lotion creaminess. The label is beautiful and it seems to burn ok, if you keep the wicks trimmed.
